Improve your business profitability, by improving cash flows from all kinds of non-recovered business dues, & non-payments legally – all of these without going to court!!
Drawing from 35 years of my legal experience & deep legal recovery expertise, the Pharma Industry is one of the most complex industries where day sales outstanding / realization recovery ranges anywhere from 15 days to 90 days – this is industry wide practice. What’s shocking is that a substantial amount of it remains un-recovered even after 90 days, finally getting recovered anywhere in 120 – 240 days. Being a Senior Executive in pharma industry, I am sure this must equally be your concern, as negative impact on company’s performance for mainly two reasons; one it blocks working capital which makes operation costly and involves extra capital, secondly it may turn out to be risky as it may force a write-off in the future and consequently adversely impact future earnings.
Battling the later, with an objective to make Indian pharma companies more efficient in recovery of their well – deserved dues, I would like to present our pharma work portfolio, with stellar achievements of recovering, as seen from the attached image.
With more than 35 years of rich experience & numerous success stories in recovering high amounts (from several lakhs to Crores), our expertise is in recovering long overdue arrears, even from time barred disputes and difficult situations – all of this without going to court (direct savings of 5% stamp duty, high judicial expenses & your valuable time saved from lengthy trials).
The secret sauce: With deep practical experience of how the system works, to being well connected with influencers across Judiciary, in Police & Enforcement, Social NGO’s, Corporates & Government agencies. This helps in solving the cases practically, with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically.

Good to know this.
Just a simple question in my mind if a pharma company/trader wants the goods on credit and he is ready to give Post dated cheque also. What more documents we can take from that company that will help us in future .Please guide
